KROKUS SPOKUS SPRING
This post marks the milestone of being Loontown´s number 100 - I can´t believe myself I have been that persistent.
A big thanks to you, dear people who comment, you inspire me to keep going and exploring, you make me want to learn more about art and illustration, color and composition, Loontown and its beetles.
Best wishes also to the Unknown in Stumptown, who celebrates the same miraculous occasion.

Love this illo! Congrats on 100! I'm so glad you're here!
so many things i like about your art... personality, color treatment, typewriter text, and of course the always clever commentary
Good afternoon, after a long day of work and opening studios and maneuvering children through rooms and back and teaching them to dance (yep! but don´t ask me how that happened) I am finally here happy that indeed its my 100th post and happy you are here with me! And I hope you will forgive me that ugly banner change, too! What was I thinking about the colors?
Thank you all!
Happy 100!...and, fun cartoon as usual!! Great job!...and, thank YOU for entertaining us!
Brilliant as usual! Love it, love it. You always have such subtle meanings behind your work.
Awesome!

Your work is so, so fun! Love your line.
Gonna add you to my links if you don't mind :)
Thank you txartcgal, andrea and natura, your words are true encouragement!
Natura, I will link you back!
i'm always glad to learn something new; thanx for quoting Camus in your comment...he is totally unfamiliar to me (sic!) and it's maybe time for me to know more...
:)
Congrats! You always bring a smile to my day. Even if it is about global warming. :-)
Congrats on 100! I thought I posted a comment here a couple of days ago, but put it in Unknown's box instead. I like your style and peculiar-ness.
Aynaku, I love learning, too. Sometimes people tell me I have a terrible tendency to educate though. That´s what happens to you when you work in the arts with children!
Rrramone, its my pleasure :)
Modroom, yes, the Unknown and me are quite indistinguishable, hehe ;). You probably noticed I like your style and peculiarness, too, I couldn´t resist to link to your site.
The flowers and your cute little characters make a great combination!
Thanks, Bron! It´s not quite the wonderous floral world of the Olympic Mountains though ;)
Happy 1000 minus a 0! Loontown Tinies has been one of my most enjoyable finds over recent months, and I hope you make it to at least 1000..
best regards,
Johnnynorms
Johnnynorms, you sure make a blogger´s heart go warm :) Thanks!
Funny! Love your style!
You are so brilliantly funny. I've missed most of your entries, but I'm almost back again. Not frustrated yet....with the "blog-fixing-things", but really your blog always makes me happy, makes me think..and is always so refreshing.
*hug
Fun cartoon! Yay 100!
Thanks Ellen and Janet!
Marjeak Ann, you are too sweet! Good to hear you are almost back. I keep peeking at your blog, hoping for a return. See you soon again!
Congratulations on your milestone! I hope you'll keep going strong...I love your work. It always makes me smile:>>>>>> This one is sweet and funny and has your usual dose of commentary. The little old lady looks like she's zapping the crocus with a little electric bolt!
Great stuff! i love your style! :)
Cristosova!...Congratulations for your 100's post!!!!
I should learn from you girl! :-P
As always your work is simply funny, is contagious of good mood, you are great artist dear.
I'm glad I know you via-blog :-D
Continue with that discipline and creativity!
Greetings,
Maricarmen.
:)
Thank you Carla! Your comments make me smile, too!
I think you are right about the Lady, being the Mother of Scrubbing and Order, she probably carries a little electrical bolt as well. She is of the type to go over to with certain things.... ts.
Thanks Cereja for stopping by!
Maricarmen, alma querida, (I know you will forgive me my bad Spanish ;)) - yes! That´s about the one thing you should learn from me!
The rest I will learn from you :)
