Oh, if I follow my fear I may go nowhere. In my case I have to conquer fear so I can move.
My fear usually tells me where I would want to go if I´d dare: so I take it as a good guide to fullfillment, if, yes, just like you, I only conquered my fear. I believe what I don´t fear I don´t want to be nearer. (Substract fat spiders and mean tigers from that :))
I see your point. In a way yes. However, for my children's sakes I hope "Safe" is not an illusion. And oh that Scarecrow, he's a regular "rules" guy! Hahahah!

Fears that would be hard for me to overcome are crowds and speaking in front of a large crowd. Conquering some fears can be exhilarating!
Marjorie, *big hug back*! All I can say is "dito".. and I have been very busy lately, too. Perhaps that gives the Loontowners a wee break before they will have to return to all their misfortunes again :) Your work puts sparkles across the cybernet!
Princess Pepper Cloud, I have that exact same fear! I just went through the book "Women seen and heard" (about speaking in public as a woman) and felt inspired. Because the truth is: I think I might enjoy speaking to crowds. I want to be able to share my passions ... I hope people will be able to deal with my blushing and stuttering ;)

Well, I was allowed to dive into Bollywood for a few fine moments shooting our sweet trashy little love movie. In the North of Germany I should add. Which makes it all the more dubious.
