JOINT VENTURE
The Artist and Sane Sally proudly present their first book! Story and text written by Sally, drawings by the Artist. You can have a closer look here and --> here. (*We are afraid that suffering from a moment of utter misanthropy the Artist wasn´t able to join us to celebrate this special occasion.)

ive been to the vernissage of your book and it was great food, drinks, women.
but what is the moral of the story?
Piero, a good and valid question and I have passed it on to Sane Sally, the author. Her answer goes as follows:
"The story is about a man who believes has great morals and doesn´t shy away from proclaiming them (pick up your penny, dammit!). Unfortunately when he gets his chance wham, bam! - all he can think of is to play devil himself. So the moral is: always just listen to... "
*at this very moment Sally was interrupted by a background moan of the Artist who suddenly appeared, hold a hand over Sally´s mouth and uttered the statement:
"There is no moral. Art is never about morals unless you make it!"
Uff. We may follow up with our report as soon as we see Sane Sally hang around by herself again. Anyway, glad you could make it to the vernissage (although I am a bit surprised you liked the food)! We will pass the compliment about the women on to the Loontown girls.
Now we can´t promise you won´t get a visit from Lascivious Lane, snug as you look from your avatar!
Oho I guess I should be scared now and snug somewhere...or should I stay and tell my agent Unsane Billy to bodyguard me;)

You aren´t scared. Both The Artist and Sane Sally must have a very interesting personality. I am wishing to see but things that leave they inner.
It hooks to me :)
The way you say it, Lu, sounds the sweetest!
The book was brilliant as usual! Although I had to go to dictionary.com to see the exact definition of mephisto.
It is: The devil in the Faust legend to whom Faust sold his soul
Knowing this made your story all the more funnier. Ha!
Love your work!

Hi Andrea, thanks for looking that up! For some reason I had thought it was an English word, also. I shall be including your note in the translation!
